Our products, wines and spirits are transported using appropriate packaging and are covered by an insurance policy that safeguards customers against any breakage or loss during the transportation of their orders. Deliveries within the UK are typically completed within 1-3 working days from the order date. Rest assured, upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking code, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

2. Delivery time

Please note that the delivery times mentioned on our website are calculated based on statistical averages and should be considered as general indications rather than definitive commitments. We abide by the laws outlined in the Consumer Code regarding delivery times. Occasionally, delivery times may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, labor disputes, or adverse weather conditions.

3. Shipping fees

For orders exceeding GBP 99.00, we offer free shipping throughout the United Kingdom market. However, orders below this value will incur a shipping fee of GBP 30. Please be advised that we currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
